We are JIC, an interest association of legal entities, with its registered office at Purkyňova 649/127, Medlánky, 612 00 Brno, 635 00 Brno, IČO: 71180478 (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "JIC"). We are responsible for processing your personal data related to visiting the website http://www.micromacro.cz. This Policy provides you with information on what categories of personal data we process about you, for what purposes and to what extent we process them, what entitles us to do so (the so-called legal title) and for how long we are authorized to process them. You will also find out here what rights you have in relation to the processing of personal data and how you can exercise them against us.
What personal data can we process?
We process different categories of personal data about you for different purposes. The specific scope depends on how and why we obtained the data from you.
Specifically, these categories are:
- information about your behavior on the website (using so-called cookies, eg IP address),
- contact details related to subscribing to the newsletter (e-mail address),
- contact details related to logging in via Facebook (name, e-mail address),
- information that is the content of a message or phone call (eg name, surname, what you don't know about advice, professional classification).

What are your rights?
As we process your personal data, you have the rights we would like to inform you about here.
You can exercise all your rights with us in any way that suits you. But it must allow us to verify that you are actually asking us (it will allow us to verify your identity).
However, in order to be able to satisfy you as best we can, we would like to ask you to exercise your rights in writing at JIC, an interest association of legal entities, with its registered office at Purkyňova 649/127, Medlánky, 612 00 Brno, 635 00 Brno, or at the email address pilny@ jic.cz.
Right to withdraw consent
If we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, it is your right to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data, including your consent to receive newsletters. You can revoke the consent by applying to the address pilny@jic.cz.
With regard to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending newsletters, you can revoke your consent to the processing of personal data and your consent to receive newsletters simply by clicking on the relevant link at the end of each newsletter.
Right of access
You have the right to access the personal data we process about you. At the same time, you have the right to information about what personal data we process about you, for how long, what are the purposes of their processing, to whom we make it available and whether we use it in automated decision-making (or how this automated decision-making works).
We will provide you with a copy of your personal data free of charge. Only in the event that there are several copies, we will allow you to demand the necessary payment for their provision.
Right of correction
If you find that we are processing incomplete or incorrect personal data about you, you have the right to correct the personal data or, if the purpose of the processing of this personal data so requires, to supplement it.
Right of deletion
You also have the right to delete your personal data that we store and process about you. In order to request deletion, one of the following reasons must be given:
- your personal data is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected or processed;
- we process your personal data illegally;
- you have revoked the consent on the basis of which the processing of your personal data was carried out, and we have no other right (legal title) to further process this personal data;
- raise an objection to the processing of your personal data if your personal data is processed for marketing purposes (eg sending newsletters);
- raise an objection to the processing of your personal data that we process on the basis of our legitimate interest and if we are unable to prove that our legitimate interest outweighs your right to deletion;
- there is a legitimate reason to delete this personal data;
- there is a legal reason for processing the child's personal data without parental consent to such processing.
There may also be a situation where your personal data cannot be deleted on the basis of your withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data or on the basis of your request for deletion of personal data. Such a case is especially a situation where the processing of your personal data is required by law. In the event that this situation occurs, we will inform you of the reason why your personal data cannot be deleted.
Right to restrict processing
If you feel that your personal data that we are processing is incorrect, you have the right to request that we limit the processing of your personal data to the time strictly necessary to verify its accuracy and to correct it if necessary.
You also have this right in the following cases:
- the processing of your personal data is illegal, but you do not want your personal data to be deleted;
- we no longer need your personal data for the purpose for which we processed it, but you insist on its processing (especially storage) to determine, enforce or defend your legal claims;
- You have objected to our processing of your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, in which case the processing restriction will apply for as long as necessary to ensure that our legitimate interest exceeds your right not to have your personal data further processed.
The right to object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest
If we process your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to this processing. Based on this, we will assess whether it is really in our legitimate interest to process your personal data for the given purpose or whether your right to have your personal data not further processed prevails.
If your objection is justified, we will stop processing your data.
Right to portability
You also have the right to portability. If you have provided us with your personal data on the basis of consent or necessity for the conclusion and performance of the contract, and we process it automatically, you may request the provision of personal data that meets these conditions. We will provide them to you in a commonly used, structured and machine-readable format. If technically feasible, we will pass them on to another administrator at your request upon your request.
Right to complain
If all the above rights are insufficient from your point of view, or you are of the opinion that we are violating your rights in any way, you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
