MICRO MACRO – the universe and the world of microparticles in Dubai and South Moravia
From March 16 to 31, the South Moravian Region and the city of Brno are presenting the Micro & Macro exhibition at the EXPO 2020 Dubai. In the Czech pavilion, we are showing the world our successes in fields of electron microscopy and space technologies. Among partners of the exhibition, you will find local companies excelling in these fields: Thermo Fisher Scientific, TESCAN, Delong Instruments and Brno Space Cluster. In cooperation with these partners, the MICRO MACRO quiz has been running since February 1, in which you will learn more about the successes that have put us on the world map. In addition, a modified copy of the exhibit from the World's Fair travels through South Moravia together with the science show Science and Technology on the Move!

Science and engineering on the move!
A modified version of the MICRO MACRO exhibition is on the move, bringing kids and adults throughout the region fun science-related activities.
A science and engineering show is joining the fun, led by presenters from the VIDA! Science Centre, the FabLab digital workshop, the Brno Observatory and Planetarium, and the Lužánky Leisure Time Activity Centre – all specialized in proving how exciting science can be. Gain hands-on experience with modern tools and devices, enjoy the giant nanostructure, a mobile planetarium and a fun interactive exhibit.
